Covered Bridge Harvest Fest will sponsor a Silent Benefit Auction on Friday during the PUMKIN BASH at the Covered Bridge Harvest Festival at the Lake County Fair Grounds, adjacent in the Show Pavilion, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Rain or shine, this promises to be a great auction, with bargains and deals to test your imagination.
• All items donated will qualify as tax-deductible charitable donations.
• The Auction ITEMS will be showcased adjacent to the Stages and LIVE ENTERTAINMENT at the PUMPKIN BASH, the Ultimate Rock-N-Roll Party and beer garden.
• The MC for the Entertainment will be promoting the Silent Auction and its Sponsors.

Businesses, organizations, and individuals wishing to donate items or services commitments to be presented for bids at the Silent Auction in support this worthy cause are asked to contact Members of the Board of Directors of Covered Bridge Harvest Fest, Inc. or Margot Romeo, Chair of the Auction Committee, at 219-789-8147. We are extremely excited about this year’s program because of the exciting line-up of entertainers, and Crown Brewery our beer garden sponsor, which will provide our Silent Auction with a large number of patrons to review and participate in the Auction. The Board and Auction Committee are looking for note worthy items that can be used in our advertisements, press releases, and here on the web site with sponsor links, to add to the excitement about this event.

Kraft Auction Services has volunteered its services and agreed to sponsor a live Benefit Auction on Sunday, at the Covered Bridge Harvest Festival to be held at the Lake County Fair Grounds, in the Show Pavilion, at Noon Sunday.

• Rain or shine, LIVE AUCTION promises to be a great event, with bargains and deals beyond imagination.
• All items donated will qualify as tax-deductible charitable donations.
• Any consigned items will be charged typical Auction Service Fees.
• Jonathan Kraft and KRAFT AUCTION SERVICES, Inc. have generously agreed to donate all auction service and Fees to the Covered Bridge Harvest Fest.

Businesses and the public wishing to participate by donating or consigning items in support of this worthy cause are asked to bring all large Donations and / or Consignment items to be auctioned at the Fairgrounds for check-in and registration between the hours of Noon and 5:00 p.m. Saturday and 8:00 a.m. to Noon Sunday. Items such as, Gift Certificates, Sports Tickets, Theater & Show Tickets, Vacation Packages, Accommodation vouchers, and Service Commitments can be transmitted to Board Members or Volunteers, at the above address, prior to the Covered Bridge Harvest Fest.
